Arrive. Breathe out. Work.

That is how Fünfter Hof welcomes its guests. In Tremsbüttel in the district of Stormarn, between Hamburg and Lübeck, a coworking space with a small café has been created on 250 square metres of a former stable: team offices and single offices, a meeting room with a screen and an event room for workshops and events with up to 30 people.

The website for it was to be built from a requirements specification the operators brought to us.

Honest planning instead of promising everything

In May 2025 we turned the specification into a transparent, modular offer – and said openly where we deviated from it. For economic, technical and organisational reasons the website is not based on a custom screen design but on an existing template from the YOOtheme Pro library, chosen by the Hof itself. The features stay within what YOOtheme Pro and proven standard extensions offer.

Anything beyond that, such as an events calendar or a blog, was listed in the offer as an option. So it was clear from the start what the package contains and what can be added later.

From requirements to a finished website: a YOOtheme Pro template in the Hof’s own corporate design, no third-party servers, technical SEO basics – and content the Hof’s team maintains itself.

From template to a look of its own

The basis is Joomla 5 with YOOtheme Pro. We adapted the chosen template to the Hof’s corporate design: colours, fonts, logo and imagery.

The page structure follows the specification. We set up the structure and menus and filled them with placeholders; the Hof’s team maintains the final texts and pictures itself. Today the home page tells the story of the Hof from top to bottom – down to the floor plan that shows how a vision became reality.

What the package includes

Besides design and structure, the basic package came with a solid technical foundation:

Enquire directly

Rooms can be enquired about by button, phone or WhatsApp – no detour.

Privacy

Cookies, privacy policy and legal notice in line with the GDPR, using the eRecht24 agency package.

Easy to find

Technical SEO basics: meta data, sitemap and Google Search Console.

Self-managed

Two hours of online training on Joomla and YOOtheme Pro, plus support for the go-live.

Basic accessibility was taken into account as well: semantic structure, contrast, a layout for every screen size and alternative texts.

Measured: no third-party servers

On 9 October 2026 we measured the home page. Fonts, scripts and pictures come from the site’s own server; before any consent, the page connects to no third party and sets just one cookie of its own.

100 %
of requests go to the site’s own server
1
cookie – the site’s own
30
requests on a phone

Measured on 9 October 2026: home page of fuenfterhof.de, one run without cache, before any consent. On desktop it is 31 requests. Fünfter Hof supplies its photos itself.

A timeline with the cards on the table

The plan was a quick route: project start in calendar week 21 at the earliest, the basic site about three to four weeks later. Because that period fell into the summer holidays, our offer already pointed out possible holiday overlaps and recommended providing materials and approvals early. After acceptance the website went live on the Hof’s own server – with phone support for the go-live.

The result

Within a clearly defined frame, a requirements specification has become a coherent website: a template in the Hof’s own corporate design, a floor plan that sparks curiosity, and rooms that can be enquired about directly – by button, phone or WhatsApp. No third-party servers, technical SEO basics, and in the hands of a team that maintains its content itself.
