Sprechzeiten & Konditionen

  • Sprechzeiten der Kollegen: Mo - Fr. von 10 - 14 Uhr
  • Stundensatz zu Geschäftszeiten: 96€ zzgl MwSt. (doppelter Stundensatz, außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten). Abgerechnet wird im 15 Minuten Takt.
  • Abrechnung: Sie erhalten wie gewohnt die Rechnung von der newtastic GmbH (Abteilung: Joomla Agentur). Die Abrechnung mit den Kollegen erfolgt intern.

Meine Kollegen erhalten keinerlei Zugangsdaten. Bitte stellen Sie je nach Bedarf folgende Zugangsdaten bereit:

Why are we doing this?

We sense this thin membrane between a fulfilled and a painful life.  Children cannot decide into which world and society they are born.  That's why we're currently trying to support non-profit organizations that try to create a better life for children!

Has your club been selected?

If you have been selected by us because you meet our conditions and we also have free capacity, then you have our support for your internet presence.  We help with the creation of your website, give advice as far as our experience extends, provide contacts and do a lot to give your mission an appropriate face.

The following are preferred:

  • Non-profit organizations.
  • Who care about the well-being of children and families.
  • If there is no website.
  • Who we believe really need help.

Frequently asked questions
Which projects do we support?
It must be a non-profit organization. Ideally, the focus is on supporting children and does not yet have a website.
How big is the promotion?
The project is limited to 50 hours of support. This currently corresponds to €4,500 excluding VAT. If the project exceeds the number of hours, the funding will end and you can continue the project at our usual hourly rates!
Are unused hours paid?
Unfortunately we cannot make any withdrawals.
Limiting the duration of the project?
The project is limited to a maximum of 3 months, regardless of how many hours are still available. This serves to protect us and other customers, as some clubs are unable to complete projects within the usual time frame due to their internal organization.
External costs?
If external service providers are commissioned by mutual agreement, the client will bear the costs. In addition, the Joomla agency does not pay in advance for licenses and other external costs.
