64°Nord

64°Nord is a coworking space, meeting venue and event location in one – with a single location in the heart of the Ruhr area, in Oberhausen. Instead of a big chain, the team relies on personality and quality: bright rooms, lovingly chosen furnishings and a calm, positive atmosphere. For members the coworking space is open around the clock.

In 2023 we built the 64°Nord website with Joomla: web design and development, programming, testing and quality assurance – and a training session so the team maintains its content itself. Plenty of white space, warm colours and large photos let the rooms speak for themselves.

Flex desk, dedicated desk, offices and virtual office each have their own page; the home page shows them side by side with their price. Day pass, meeting rooms, event location, catering and a blog complete the site. Everyone quickly finds the right offer – from a single day to an office of their own.

Our measurement of the home page shows: all requests go to the site’s own server – no fonts, maps or videos from external services. Before any consent the page sets just one own, technically necessary cookie.

Since 2023 we have looked after 64gradnord.de in a maintenance contract: updates of Joomla and the extensions, display checks, two security checks a year, availability monitoring and monthly backups, also stored externally. The website now runs on Joomla 5. In 2024 we also set up mail delivery via SMTP.

Online, 64°Nord looks the way its rooms feel: bright, calm and personal. Visitors find workspaces, meeting rooms and the event location with prices at a glance – and the team maintains the content itself while we take care of the technology.
