Optimize maintenance, user navigation & accessibility with our tailor-made website merging!
As part of this project, two websites were merged onto a single platform. The aim was to reduce maintenance costs, create a uniform user interface and ensure accessibility.
First, both websites were merged into a common development environment. This made it possible to reduce maintenance costs, optimize user guidance and improve accessibility.
The design and layout of the new website were then adjusted to create a uniform appearance. This made navigation easier for visitors, improved the user experience, and allowed for custom color choices with light and dark styles.
Regular communication and consultation took place throughout the project. Research into extension compatibility, website structure optimization and accessibility implementation was conducted to find the best possible solution for the client.
Font sizes have been designed to be customizable to ensure better readability and a customized user experience.
Videos were integrated into the website and transcriptions were provided to make the content accessible to all visitors and further improve the user experience.
Additional light language has been implemented to make the website barrier-free and accessible to a wider audience.
The successful merger of the two websites resulted in optimized user navigation, reduced maintenance costs and an improved user experience. The integration of videos, transcriptions and additional light language ensured a barrier-free and inclusive website. The project showed that careful planning and communication are crucial to the success of such a website merger.
